FINAL DESIGN: PROTOCOL EDITOR

As in the final look, I try to make the process being done in only one page that looks like a scientist simple transfer working desk. There are few adjustments according to some limitation since some of the manual sample transfer process can’t be adapted into virtual process. For example, I change a little bit in part of specifying volume step that is being placed after user specifying the source or destination well(s) without erasing the manual pipetting behaviour that needed to be virtually design, something like that.

When user confirms to run the protocol tasks, they will be just waiting it until the tasks are done executed by F.A.S.T systems. We displays the run time progress & status, while user will be able to just pause it or abort it in their desires.

The concept of the Protocol Editor and Running Protocol works a little bit similar with creating document & print it. “We create a document in docs or sheets software” and then “we print” them.
